* Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where attention to detail makes a difference? We're hiring an  
** Investment Casting Operator
** to join a growing production team in  
** Fair Lawn, NJ** . If you have manufacturing or foundry experience and enjoy working with precision equipment, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in a stable, long-term assignment.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Assemble and prepare products and components for production.

+ Operate equipment including wax molds, soldering tools, cut-off wheels, and automated machinery.

+ Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

+ Monitor product quality and make adjustments following established procedures.

+ Perform basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance.

+ Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.

+ Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures.

* What We're Looking For:

*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ At least  
** 6 months of foundry or manufacturing experience** , preferably in cutoff, snagging, or forming.

+ Previous inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus.

+ Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and operating manuals.

+ Comfortable using measuring tools and performing basic math.

+ Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality.
