We are presently accepting resumes for the following position.
Substitute School Nurse or Registered NurseSchool Year
Qualifications- Hold valid NJ School Nurse or Registered Nurse license with Substitute School Nurse (non-instructional) credential.
- Hold valid CPR/AED and Professional Rescuer Certificates.
- Willingness to obtain Substitute School Nurse (non-instructional) credential, if applicable.
- Expertise in school health nursing practice and emergency procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, wellness education, community health and social service resources, and current health issues.
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and the interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, the community, and health and social service agencies.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
- Proficiently use technology for data management, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications.
$43.00 per hour. This is a part-time position which does not include benefits.
