Nurse Supervisor

Location: Fair Lawn, NJ |
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week), on-site |
Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

A well-regarded home health agency is looking for a clinically skilled Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join its team on a part-time basis. This role combines hands‑on nursing care with care coordination, offering an experienced RN a meaningful part‑time leadership opportunity in a home and assisted living care setting.

• Evaluate and document clients' biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs, delivering preventative, supportive, and restorative care per established standards of practice
• Administer and document prescribed medications and perform clinical treatments per the Physician's Plan of Care
• Coordinate scheduling for clients' multidisciplinary appointments and therapies while managing time to maintain consistent productivity
• Interpret health status implications for clients and families, and promptly report significant condition changes to the Director of Nursing and attending physician
• Adhere strictly to standard precautions, aseptic techniques, infection control guidelines, and HIPAA regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients, families, and staff
• Maintain complete and timely client records and timecards, demonstrating sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and active participation in quality improvement activities
• Report to the Director of Nursing

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related health field from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of professional RN experience in community health and/or home health settings
• Proven experience delivering direct nursing services in patient home environments and assisted living facilities, with strong familiarity and compliance regarding NJ rules and regulations
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance policy meeting required liability coverage limits
• Strong English communication skills, effective stress‑management capabilities, and full physical capacity for direct care duties including lifting, bending, and standing

• $45,000 – $50,000 per year
