Location: Fairbanks, AK

Hours & Compensation: 40 hours per week, 8:00am-5:00pm. Salary Range $67,288 - $90,900 per year.

Multiple Positions Available.

• Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to reduce potential risks.
• Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
• Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness for customers.
• Evaluate effectiveness of current or future systems and collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
• Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and/or third‑party vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field and at least one year of relevant experience.
• At least one year of direct management experience and managing processes, projects, or programs.
• At least one year of experience identifying and executing process improvement initiatives and providing customer support in a professional, non‑retail environment.
• At least one year of experience using Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Excel, or related business management tools.
• At least one year of experience in human capital management, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, coaching, promotions, and terminations, and providing technical, non‑technical, and administrative support.
