Location - Fairbanks, AK

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- ADA Required
- On-site implementation and coordination of the project plans per the SOW Schedule and execute all phases of construction
- Estimating experience including RSMeans
- Attendance at regular internal and external tailgates meetings including daily discussions on project health and safety
- Preparation of daily reports with Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer and QCM
- Review and processing of project submittals
Active role in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on site staff - Coordination with on-site subs
- Other duties as assigned
- Education Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent - Level of Experience Requirements: A minimum of 3 years in Construction with a preference for Federal/DOD work
- OSHA 30 Training
Enter minimum KSAO's required to do the job. Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers Excellent computer skills Skilled in Microsoft® Office programs Construction management experience
Preferred- Federal government or DOD experience in construction
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Federal government or DOD experience in construction
This position will have supervisory responsibilities.
DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role RequirementsThis position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation "safety-sensitive" functions.
