Shannon Park Baptist Church is seeking a Worship Ministry Intern who senses a call to pastoral ministry and worship leadership. This 1–2 year developmental internship is designed to equip and train a future worship leader through hands‑on experience, discipleship, and pastoral formation.
This role goes beyond music, focusing on shepherding the congregation through Christ‑centered, Scripture‑driven worship. The intern will work closely with the current Worship Leader and pastoral staff, gradually taking on greater responsibility in planning and leading Sunday services.
