Customer Service Rep
At the Patty Center Ice Arena, all team members are expected to deliver exceptional customer service, regardless of their role. Team members should follow directions, collaborate effectively with ice users, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. The ability to operate—or willingness to learn to operate—a skate sharpener is also required.
To thrive in this role, you should have basic mechanical skills and familiarity with operating equipment to perform minor repairs. Strong customer service abilities, a high energy level, and an outgoing, approachable personality are key to creating a positive experience for all facility users.
Minimum Qualifications- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable, organized, and punctual
- Currently enrolled UAF student in good academic standing (minimum 2.0 GPA)
This is a part-time, student position. Compensation is based on experience and the specific duties assigned.
Open to undergraduate students only.
