Employment Services Technician 3 located in Fairbanks!

What You Will Be Doing:

The Employment Services Technician 3 (EST
3) is a supervisory position located at the Fairbanks Job Center and serves under the direct supervision of the Fairbanks Employment Services Manager 2 (ESM
2). This position provides supervision, direction, leadership and programmatic support to Employment Services Technician 1s and 1/2s. The EST functions at full proficiency level, supervising the performance of a variety of assignments directly related to the administration of Wagner-Peyser services, including job seeker and employer services, proctoring services, workshop services, and career guide services. This EST position is customer-service driven as well as supervisory and involves extensive contact with the public and staff via phone, email, video communication as well as face to face.

B. Our building has free covered parking with electrical plug‑ins and sits adjacent to Veteran’s Memorial Park in beautiful downtown Fairbanks. The work week for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
