PM&R Opportunity in Fairbanks, Alaska
Help Shape a Growing Pain Management Program
A well-established outpatient clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible PM&R physician to expand its interventional and conservative pain management services. This is a unique chance to bring your expertise to a multidisciplinary team and help guide the evolution of a program ready for PM&R leadership.
Practice Overview Multidisciplinary team including orthopedics, anesthesiology, osteopathic physicians, and behavioral health
Outpatient practice with procedure suite, C-arm, and radio frequency ablation capability
Conservative care model with epidurals, nerve blocks, RFA, and other interventional options
Flexibility to build and expand services within a supportive environment
Schedule Outpatient-only schedule that supports strong work-life balance
No inpatient or call responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Annual compensation of $510,000 to $600,000
$65,000 sign-on bonus
Seven weeks of time off each year
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Relocation support with 90 days of temporary housing
Candidate Profile Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in PM&R
Interest in interventional pain and program development
