The College of Liberal Arts is looking for non-credit adjunct faculty. Adjunct positions are on a dates needed contract basis. This position is a temporary faculty position for research, approved course development, and other non‑teaching, non-credit work.
Responsibilities- Work on grants awarded through CLA.
- Develop course outlines, syllabi, teaching materials, and tests as needed.
- Perform other duties for which you would be hired.
- Knowledge of accepted instruction methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Public speaking skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Specific abilities and knowledge to work on grants awarded through CLA.
- Master's degree desired;
Bachelor's degree or relevant training and/or experience may be considered.
- Part‑time, temporary exempt position.
- Pay based on grant budgets or department determination.
- Hybrid and remote (within the United States) work arrangements may be considered.
