Nanook Recreation is dedicated to providing the university community with opportunities and facilities that support active, healthy lifestyles—both on campus and in the stunning Alaskan outdoors. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Facility Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in keeping our facilities safe, welcoming, and fully functional for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain facilities to ensure safety, welcoming atmosphere, and functional operation for all patrons.
- 6+ months of mechanical maintenance or machine/fabrication shop experience, ability to read manuals, and basic knowledge of Google Suites.
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- Electronics diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
This is an hourly, part-time student position. Starting rate of pay is $14.67 per hour.
