The School of Education at UAF is seeking applicants for potential adjunct faculty positions. These positions are part‑time, temporary, and may include on‑site/hybrid work arrangements.
We want applicants who are committed to helping students achieve success and who can translate student aspirations into reality.
Candidates will be evaluated on the suitability of their graduate‑level academic coursework and preparation, past teaching experience, expertise relevant to the effective teaching of their field, and potential to provide high‑quality instruction to undergraduate students in assigned courses.
College‑level teaching experience is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Ph.D. preferred.
This position is located on the Troth Yeddha campus in Fairbanks and is a part‑time, temporary adjunct faculty position. The role is pooled; applications are reviewed as needed, and submission does not guarantee a review or offer.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Applicants who now or may in the future require visa sponsorship are not eligible.
This is an at‑will, union‑represented adjunct position and may be canceled based on the needs of the university.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check. Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of that check.
