In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource for students, faculty, and staff while helping maintain the integrity of academic records and registration processes. You’ll have opportunities to mentor student employees, contribute to process improvements, and make a meaningful impact on the student experience at UAF.
Minimum QualificationsOne year of experience providing professional‑level customer service in an office environment is required. Experience should have prepared the candidate to provide excellent customer service, make sound judgment calls, analyze, and solve problems.
Position DetailsThis is a full‑time, non‑exempt staff position complete with a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental, and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
