What You'll Do:- Main contact for phone, email, and chat queries.
- Manage student registration documents and instructor forms while serving as the primary point of contact for the Office of the Registrar, assisting students, faculty, and departments across the university.

One year of experience providing professional-level customer service in an office environment is required. Experience should have prepared the candidate to provide excellent customer service, make sound judgment calls, analyze and solve problems.
Position Details:This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position with a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, and 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
