The Area Coordinator for Apartments provides oversight and guidance for the university on-campus apartment communities. This is an integral role in supporting student success, belonging and community engagement.

As an Area Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating welcoming, inclusive residential communities that support student success. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals who values collaboration and shared purpose.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and two years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Preferred:
Master's Degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration or an equivalent. Supervision experience. Three (3) years experience working with residential living.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 79, based on education and experience.
