After School Program (ASP) Tutors

General Responsibilities:
- Using TCP to clock in and out, as well as approve time worked
- Prepping space and materials for tutoring sessions
- Assisting with daily attendance
- Providing academic assistance to students through tutoring
- Helping students enter the program and help students pack up for dismissal
- All other duties as assigned
- Expected to adhere to all program site rules regarding safety, cell phone use, and student interaction
- Must complete any necessary training and paperwork as needed for employment
Depending on experience and availability, employees may also be responsible for:
- Assisting with daily program set-up
- Distribution of snacks and/or assisting students with opening their snacks
- Prepping materials for students
- Participation in special events
- Substituting for other staff within the after-school program
