Lead Electrical Engineer

Here, you will engage in various facets of electrical engineering, including complex power system design and analysis, while utilizing cutting‑edge software and tools.

• Design a range of electrical systems, from electric master plans to renewable energy systems, with general oversight.
• Conduct power system analyses and perform detailed electrical calculations and simulations.
• Create technical documentation and white papers to bolster our firm's knowledge base and establish industry leadership.
• Perform site assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, making updates as needed.
• Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling proposals addressing current and prospective client needs.
• Attend industry conferences to enhance visibility and network with key stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, facilitating their professional development and growth.
• Fulfill additional duties as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Seven years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Occasional domestic or international travel may be necessary based on project demands.

• Experience in designing power systems for various facilities such as industrial and transit systems.
• Proficient in designing medium and low-voltage power distribution systems.
• Knowledgeable of relevant codes and standards including NEC, NFPA, and IEEE.
• Experienced in power system analysis tools like SKM Power Tools and ETAP.
