CDM Smith is seeking a Lead Substation Physical Engineer to drive the design and execution of high voltage substations (230 kV–765 kV). This hybrid role, based from a CDM Smith office, combines hands-on engineering with project leadership and client interaction.
You will mentor junior engineers, oversee technical deliverables, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for clients. A PE license and 12 years of related HV experience are preferred.
