The Service Department at Kendall Auto Mall of Fairbanks is a fast‑paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Duties will include:

• Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Inputting and maintaining customer information.
• Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
• Using telephone, e‑mail, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
• Scheduling service appointments.

• High‑level customer service experience.
• Strong time‑management, work ethics, and communication skills.
• Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years of service‑writing experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
