Receptionist/BDC Admin Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are looking for a customer-focused BDC Administrator/Receptionist to join our Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles and takes pride in creating a great customer experience.

What You'll DoAnswer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

Open, update, and close repair orders.

Process customer payments and handle daily deposits.

Obtain customer contact information and provide repair status updates.

Maintain accurate records in CCC One, ARMS, and Body Shop Management Software.

Track customer satisfaction surveys, event logs, and delivery date commitments.

Review open repair orders daily with estimators and update production status.

Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments.

Ensure repair order documentation is complete and comply with company guidelines.

Collaborate with management, estimators, and support teams to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Bring1+ years of customer service

Cash handling experience

Efficient typing skills with a focus on accuracy

Basic math skills for simple calculations

Comfort learning new systems

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
