Minimum for Universal Banker I is $22.00/hour. Pay depends on experience.

As a Universal Banker, you’ll be the ultimate customer experience champion combining teller skills, financial know-how, and sales savvy to help clients thrive. From opening accounts and answering questions to uncovering solutions that help people meet their financial goals, you are the go‑to guide in their banking journey.

• Be the face of the bank: greet customers, handle transactions, and improve their experience.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management, and loan payments.
• Build relationships with customers and help them plan, save, and achieve financial goals.
• Suggest products and services that truly help customers.
• Stay up-to-date with new systems and regulations through ongoing training.
• Lead by example (Universal Banker III): step in when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Universal Banker I: 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality.
• Universal Banker II
  : 1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash handling. A degree in a related field can replace experience.
• Universal Banker III
  : 3+ years of banking experience, leadership and mentoring experience preferred, and ability to run the branch in a pinch.
