As a Universal Banker, you’ll be the customer experience champion, combining teller skills, financial knowledge, and sales ability to help clients reach their goals.

• Greet customers and handle transactions.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management, and loan payments.
• Build relationships with customers and help plan, save, and succeed financially.
• Suggest products and services that benefit customers.
• Stay current with new systems, regulations, and training.
• For Universal Banker III: lead by example, mentor new teammates, and maintain operations when management is absent.

Universal Banker I

• 6+ months in cash handling, retail, or hospitality.

Universal Banker II

• 1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash handling.
• Degree in a related field can replace experience.

Universal Banker III

• 3+ years of banking experience.
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Able to run the branch in a pinch.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Resilient under pressure and enjoys challenges.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and banking software.
• Team player, self-starter, and fast learner.

Pay depends on experience. Minimum for Universal Banker I is $22.00 per hour.
