About the RoleAs a Universal Banker, you’ll be the customer experience champion, combining teller skills, financial knowledge, and sales ability to help clients reach their goals.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and handle transactions.
- Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management, and loan payments.
- Build relationships with customers and help plan, save, and succeed financially.
- Suggest products and services that benefit customers.
- Stay current with new systems, regulations, and training.
- For Universal Banker III: lead by example, mentor new teammates, and maintain operations when management is absent.
Universal Banker I
- 6+ months in cash handling, retail, or hospitality.
Universal Banker II
- 1+ year in banking or 2+ years in customer service/cash handling.
- Degree in a related field can replace experience.
Universal Banker III
- 3+ years of banking experience.
- Leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
- Able to run the branch in a pinch.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Resilient under pressure and enjoys challenges.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and banking software.
- Team player, self-starter, and fast learner.

Pay depends on experience. Minimum for Universal Banker I is $22.00 per hour.
