What you will be doing:As an Eligibility Office Manager 2 (EOM
2), you will lead, supervise, and organize subordinate supervisors and administrative support staff in the Fairbanks, Nome, and Bethel Division of Public Assistance (DPA) offices. You will exercise independent judgment in hiring, assigning tasks, reviewing work, providing instruction, and training your team. In this position, you will collaborate with partner organizations and community agencies to effectively plan, organize, and allocate resources within the division, delivering the benefits and services provided by DPA.

You will be working in the Fairbanks Public Assistance office.
