DescriptionService Excellence. Performance. Integrity. Teamwork. Consistency. Innovation. Oversees entire Music of Denali dinner show in the Gold Nugget Saloon. Accountable for scheduling and ensure cast members, floaters, bartenders are scheduled. Ensure part is show performance are cast with best intentions and rotating schedule for show characters. Will develop and enrich sanitation and safety protocols to align with state, local, and Company laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Work closely with Food and Beverage management team.
- Work closely with show writer.
- Perform pre-season rehearsals.
- Work closely with all entertainers on the words, songs, music and timing of show.
- Train cast food and beverage service for dinner portion.
- Manage groups, reservations and seating process.
- Provide weekly, pay-and monthly reports as required.
- Oversee record keeping, control logs, auditing.
- Employee timecard management.
- Ensure company HESS and sanitation procedures are followed and held the highest standard. Including internal audits.
- Pre-shift and safety meetings with staff.
- Mentor and coach staff.
- Work independently with little or no supervision.
- Effectively and proactively communicate any safety, guest, or employee concerns with management.
- Contributing to the overall success of the MOD Dinner Show at the Gold Nugget Saloon.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work and storage spaces.
- Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
- Previous entertainment management experience.
- Must have or the ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handler’s Card.
- Must have a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

- Ability to communicate clearly (verbally and written) in person and over the phone.
- Ability to prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment. You must also have the ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail and accuracy, supervise and manage staff.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
