• Identify problems the business faces, compile pertinent information, and create models to solve those problems and raise performance.
• Analyze large data sets to discover trends, patterns, and linkages.
• Develop and run statistical models, machine learning methods, and predictive analytics.
• Create data-driven solutions and experiments (A/B testing).
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to strengthen data pipelines and frameworks.
• Visualize insights with clear and compelling visualizations.
• Create and update dashboards to monitor key corporate data points.
• Maintain data correctness, quality, and integrity.
• Keep up to date with latest methods and techniques.

• Permanent residents or legal citizens from the United States.
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. advised).
• Three years or more of relevant employment experience as a data scientist or similar, with body of work to highlight.
• Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python; experience with large data systems like Hadoop or Spark is a benefit.
• Competent in applying several machine learning models and libraries like Keras, Tensor Flow, and scikit-learn.
• Strong grasp of statistics, data visualization techniques, and experimental design.
• Mastery of large data collections, data cleansing and transformation, and data wrangling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in explaining results to lay and expert audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a benefit.
