• The Field Services Technician will support all personnel, both at local and remote locations, by providing reliable and efficient computer support services.
• These services will include the delivery of new hardware and software to desktops, and the configuration, installation, and maintenance of PC hardware and software.
• This position will include basic support of a large variety of desktop applications which include products such as Microsoft’s Office 365 suite, Microsoft Windows virus and threat protection software, and Adobe products in a Windows
  11 environment.

• Smart phone support and printer support.
• This position will require occasional travel to remote locations.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license. Vehicle is supplied by client.

• Ticketing system experience
• Windows 11 and MS Office 365 experience
• Experience supporting Apple iPhones and iPads
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware components
• Strong knowledge of Printer hardware components
