Job Description:
The Field Services Technician will support all personnel, both at local and remote locations, by providing reliable and efficient computer support services. These services will include the delivery of new hardware and software to desktops, and the configuration, installation, and maintenance of PC hardware and software. This position will include basic support of a large variety of desktop applications which include products such as Microsoft’s Office 365 suite, Microsoft Windows virus and threat protection software, and Adobe products in a Windows
11 environment. Additional responsibilities include smart phone support and printer support. This position will require occasional travel to remote locations. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
Skill Set/Experience Requirements:
- Ticketing system experience
- Windows 11 and MS Office 365 experience
- Experience supporting Apple iPhones and iPads
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware components
- Strong knowledge of Printer hardware components
