Openkyber is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite user support across educational environments, bridging Level 1 desktop support with entry-level systems administration. This position involves device deployment, imaging PCs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing basic admin tasks within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra .
The role is a 2-3 month contract with a shift of 8-5pm, Mon-Thurs (35 hours per week during the summer).
