Skills:
- Ping Federate, Ping Access, Ping One SSO and Ping Directory
- Single-Sign On(SSO) implementation
- Open protocols like SAML, OAuth and OIDC
- Control, monitor, and audit privileged access to systems and applications
- Develop metrics, alerts, integrate monitoring solutions, and dashboard
- Azure cloud and Dev Ops knowledge
- Programming knowledge Java/Python
- Scripting Knowledge Arm Templates, Ansible
- Any RDBMS/SQL knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills/ability
- Setting up Idp and SP connections, Policies, Selectors, Adapters and contract mapping in Ping Federate
- Access Token Management, Access Token Mapping, OIDC polices in Ping Federate
- Creating Applications, Rules, Rulesets, coarse grain authorization etc in Ping Access
- Onboarding Applications into Ping Access and Ping Federate
- Working on Service Now tickets
- Application Troubleshooting and Service Now response
- 24x7x365 on-call support rotation (Pager Duty)
- Renewal of Certificates
- Monitor IAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Troubleshooting skills/ability, 24x7x365 on-call support rotation (Pager Duty)
