The Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce is seeking a proven executive leader to serve as its next President and Chief Executive Officer.
This is an opportunity to lead one of Interior Alaska’s most influential business advocacy organizations at an important time for the region. The Chamber represents a diverse membership of nearly 600 businesses and organizations and serves as a trusted strategic partner, convener, and advocate for the business community.
The President and CEO is the Chamber’s chief executive, lead advocate, primary spokesperson, and senior relationship builder. Working with the Board of Directors, the CEO translates the Chamber’s mission and strategic priorities into measurable results while ensuring strong organizational systems, accountability, and financial discipline.
The next CEO will join an organization with an engaged Board, committed staff, strong community relationships, respected advocacy programs, and established signature events. The Board is focused on strengthening internal systems, staff development, financial reporting, strategic execution, member value, and long-term revenue stability.
