POSITION TITLE: Project Manager
TYPE OF POSITION: Full Time, Exempt, Temporary
LOCATION: Fairbanks, Hybrid
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
SUPERVISES: None
SALARY: Grade E
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning and executing project deliverables, coordinating partnerships, developing infrastructure and systems, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring alignment with grant requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in program management, project management, non-profit management, community health, family services, early childhood services, workforce development, or a related field.Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Experience building and maintaining collaborative partnerships.Experience developing systems, procedures, or organizational processes.Proficient with computer skills in generally used office software programs and facility in learning new software programs.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Leadership and Implementation
Lead implementation of the Community Pathways project in accordance with approved grant objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance measures.Develop and maintain project work plans, implementation schedules, and monitoring systems.Identify barriers to implementation and develop solutions to ensure project success.Provide progress reports and performance data on a monthly basis.Track deliverables and outcomes to ensure compliance with funding requirements.Support continuous quality improvement efforts through evaluation and data-informed decision-making.Systems Development and Service Integration
Support development of a centralized intake, screening, referral, and navigation system across ACCA programs.Support the development of referral pathways and service coordination processes.Collaborate with leadership and program staff to integrate data systems and improve information sharing.Assist in developing and refining policies, procedures, workflows, and operational standards related to Community Pathways services.Support implementation of telehealth and virtual service delivery models.Community Partnerships and Outreach
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, schools, tribal organizations, social service agencies, and other stakeholders.Develop Community Pathways materials for activities and program servicesFacilitate meetings, partnerships, and collaborative planning activities to improve referral pathways and service access.Coordinate community engagement initiatives designed to increase awareness of developmental, behavioral health, and family support services.Assist in planning and implementing outreach activities in rural and underserved communities.Represent ACCA at community meetings, conferences, and partner events which may include road or air travel.Workforce Development
Coordinate implementation of the Community Pathways workforce development strategy.Develop and refine training materials, onboarding resources, job descriptions, and professional development pathways.Support recruitment, retention, and development of staff participating in project activities.Coordinate work-based learning opportunities and training activities aligned with program goals.Collaborate with leadership to establish sustainable workforce development practices that address regional workforce needs.Data Management and Evaluation
Monitor project performance indicators and outcome measures.Collect, analyze, and report program data to assess effectiveness and identify improvements.Work collaboratively to develop systems that support tracking referrals, screenings, navigation activities, and service outcomes.Sustainability and Strategic Planning
Develop strategies that support long-term sustainability of Community Pathways services beyond the grant period.Establish scalable systems and infrastructure that support continuation of services after project completion.Participate in organizational planning related to service integration and workforce development.General ACCA staff activities include:
Demonstrate computer literacy to be self-sufficient in:
- Proficient technology use with a wide range of platforms and devices;
- Internet skills and safe internet practices;
- Utilization of agency technology systems;
- Ensuring compliance with agency electronics compliance policies.
Complete administrative paperwork including, but not limited to:
- Mileage/travel expenses;
- Time tracking and leave requests;
