Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical

We care for medical surgical patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including congestive heart failure, respiratory conditions, infections, wounds, orthopedic surgery, spinal surgery, urological surgery, general surgery, dialysis, oncology, hospice, and more.

Pay & Benefits
  • Compensation $38.42-$63.35 hourly wage based on experience and education
  • Relocation Assistance up to $7,500
  • Temporary Housing 90 Days Temporary Housing Provided

Responsibilities
  • Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs. Reviews patient history and physical with patient/family and assures completion within an appropriate timeframe. Reviews diagnostics and laboratory data, reports abnormal results to the physician and other caregivers, and completes assessments accordingly.
  • Formulates a plan of care, including discharge planning, based on assessment data and input from patient, family, and health team. Sets realistic, measurable goals and plans care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the health care team. Provides care per physician orders and nursing plan, in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Delegates appropriately and communicates patient status to caregivers.
  • Evaluates patient and family response to care and teaching, revises the plan of care as needed, and documents progress.
  • Documents assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record with clear, timely, and policy-compliant notes.
