Pay & Benefits
- $36.71 - $60.82 hourly wage based on experience and education

- Full‑time, 40‑hour/week shifts (4 x 10‑hour)
- Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs; reviews patient history, diagnostic data, and abnormal results.
- Formulates and revises individual patient plans of care, including discharge plans, based on assessment data and team input; ensures goals are realistic and measurable.
- Implements plans through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the health‑care team; adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Promotes continuity of care by accurately communicating patient status to other caregivers.
- Evalues patient progress toward goals and adjusts care as needed; collaborates with team members to assess outcomes.
- Documents assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record; maintains legible, timely documentation reflecting objective and subjective data.
- Provides evidence‑based care and may participate in research and quality improvement activities; mentors and precepts staff when appropriate.
- Contributes to societal benefits through participation in professional organizations and leadership; may supervise staff and workflow in some roles.
- Performs all functions in accordance with policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements and professional standards.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice (or compact RN licensure).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired; must have worked in an acute‑care setting within the past 12 months as an RN.
- Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the specialty area through annual validations.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree; professional certification preferred.
