The Denali Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care in our 90‑bed comprehensive short‑ and long‑term care facility. Candidates will work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse and/or licensed physician and will contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care.

Pay & Benefits- Compensation: $25.88 to $40.44 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Shift differential, annual increases, and paid time off

- Shifts available: full‑time, 40 hr/week
- $2.00/hr standard differential
- $2.50/hr weekend differential
- $6.00/hr evening differential

- Observe, compile, and report the patient’s physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Contribute to planning of care under the direction of the registered nurse, including discharge planning and assessment data integration.
- Implement care based on delegated interventions and medical orders within scope of practice.
- Report patient conditions, signs, and symptoms to the registered nurse and/or physician.
- Document observations, interventions, and care outcomes in the patient record.
- Coordinate documentation, patient assessment data, and auditing for reimbursement and quality management.
- Coordinate the admission process for new residents, providing verbal and written communication to residents, families, and referral sources.
- Current, valid LPN or LVN license in the state of practice (or temporary/compact license).
- BLS certification required; additional certifications or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
- Completion of a state‑approved IV therapy program may be required in certain facilities or departments.
- Experience in designated clinical area.
- Additional related education and/or experience.
