Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg 2 Ortho Trauma Unit
Location: Summit, WI, United States
Schedule: Day shift 7:00a.m.–7:30p.m. (3 shifts/week), alternating holidays and every third weekend.
Hours per week: 36
Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30

Where You Will Work:
Join our Med/Surg 2 unit where you will care for a variety of medical and post‑operative care patients with an emphasis on post‑op ortho patients and trauma care patients. The unit offers a collaborative and supportive team setting and an exceptional learning environment for both newly licensed and experienced RNs.
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Other qualifications such as experience in ortho/trauma or post‑op care are preferred.
