Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Outpatient Family Medicine Team.
The Opportunity- Compensation:
Starting at a base of $147,112
, compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign‑on bonus. - Schedule:
M-F 40 hours per week. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME. - Team:
Works within a care team model, partnering with physicians to manage patient care.

Minimum Qualifications
Must possess knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment as normally obtained through the completion of master’s degree in nursing.
Must be approved to practice as a Family NP (FNP) by the State Board of Nursing by proof of license/certification.
Requires current RN license in state of practice. Must be certified to practice by the State Board of Nursing within a particular population as a nurse practitioner. Requires personal DEA license or must have prescribing and dispensing authority granted by the state board of nursing. Additional technical and professional certifications may be required based on type of nurse practitioner and scope of delineation document under medical staff services for an individual facility.
Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management.
Preferred QualificationsDNP or PhD preferred. Current BLS certification preferred.
