CNA Pay Rates & Sign-On Bonuses- AM Shift: $22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus
- PM Shift: $22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus
- NOC Shift: $24/hour + $750 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time only)

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
- Active California CNA certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
