The OpportunityFoundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Outpatient Family Medicine Team. The clinic has more than 60 years of history serving the Fairbanks community and is part of a large multidisciplinary health system. Providers manage acute concerns and ongoing chronic conditions across the full lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics. Practicing in a rural health system allows for a broad scope of practice and an active role in complex patient care within a collaborative environment.
- Compensation: Starting at a base of $147,112 with additional earnings potential through productivity and a $40,000 sign‑on bonus.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing with knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment.
- Approved to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the State Board of Nursing (license/certification proof).
- Current RN license in the state of practice and certification to practice as a nurse practitioner.
- Personal DEA license or prescribing and dispensing authority granted by the state board of nursing.
- Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management.
Preferred Qualifications
- DNP or PhD preferred.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
