Foundation Health Partners 1st Care, a family medicine walk‑in medical clinic, is seeking an advanced practice provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their highly experienced and growing team.
The OpportunityFHP 1st Care is an ED‑light clinic that manages a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our on‑site lab and radiology, with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the go‑to community provider for walk‑in care, you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges.
- Compensation:
Base salary of $135,000 plus production model ($110,000 to $123,200) for an estimated total compensation between $245,164–$258,364 annually, plus a $40,000 sign‑on bonus. - Benefits:
Full employee benefits, medical, vision, dental, 401(k). - Schedule:
Three 12‑hour shifts per week, 156 shifts per year. No on‑call duties. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME. - Patients:
Average of 30 patients per day, ages 2 days to 99 years. - Team: 11 providers working independently in a collegial and collaborative environment.

Qualifications- Knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment as normally obtained through a master’s degree in nursing.
- Must be approved to practice as a Family NP (FNP) by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current RN license in state of practice.
- Must be certified to practice by the State Board of Nursing within a particular population as a nurse practitioner.
- Requires personal DEA license or state board‑granted prescribing and dispensing authority.
- Additional technical and professional certifications may be required based on type of nurse practitioner and scope of delineation document under medical staff services for an individual facility.
- Exhibits exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management.
