Role:
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care and clinical support under supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:- Observe, document, and report patient conditions
- contribute to care plans
- implement delegated interventions
- coordinate communication among care team
- assist with discharge planning
- maintain accurate documentation
- and facilitate admissions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
- Valid Alaska LPN license, Associate's degree in nursing, BLS certification (ACLS/PALS as needed), strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and flexibility.
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree and professional certifications.
