Description
Continuum of Colorado has an opening to be our Quality Assurance Coordinator
. Are you someone who spots the details others miss? Do you love bringing order to complexity and turning data into meaningful improvement? If so, this might be the fit for you!
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator who’s ready to play a key role in strengthening the integrity, accountability, and overall excellence of our organization. This isn’t just an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to be at the center of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts that truly make a difference. In this position, you’ll partner closely with leadership to support quality assurance initiatives, compliance monitoring, and investigative processes.
You’ll help keep our programs on track by assisting with regulatory compliance activities, documentation review, data collection, and reporting. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is highly valued and strongly preferred. Familiarity with IDD services, regulations, incident reporting, investigations, and quality assurance processes will help you understand the unique responsibilities and expectations of this position. If you enjoy organizing information, tracking trends, and ensuring that processes run smoothly and accurately, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives — helping turn findings into forward momentum. From coordinating documentation to assisting with the Human Rights Committee (HRC) process, you’ll help ensure our standards remain high and our practices remain strong.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator role is perfect for someone who:
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working behind the scenes to drive meaningful impact
- Is comfortable with data, documentation, and process tracking
- Values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
This position does offer opportunities to work remotely; however, depending on the programmatic need, you will need to work in the office, at programmatic sites, and in the community, as well. Additionally, we’re committed to a great work-life balance here, so you’ll get to work full-time at 36 hours/week with a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday with a sporadic need for coverage on Fridays.
If you’re ready to combine analytical thinking with purpose-driven work — and be part of a team that’s committed to doing things the right way — we’d love to hear from you.
