Hourly Wage

18–31 USD per hour (may reach the applicable minimum wage).

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from 0.35 to 3.00 USD per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums can apply if criteria are met.

Front End Checkout associates operate registers, greet and thank customers, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. They are always ready to help with customer questions and may need to stand for long periods.
