What You’ll Do- Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
- Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
- Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques
- Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
- $19/hour base pay to start
- Performance-based commission (uncapped)
- $78K target total compensation for productive agents
- Top performers earn $100K-$120K+ annually
- Weekly pay and clear performance expectations
- Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
- Comfortable talking to new people and working outdoors
- Self‑motivated, coachable, and goal‑driven
- Able to handle rejection and stay positive
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
