We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our customer service and operational goals by assisting clients, promoting our products, and driving sales. We provide fully paid training to set you up for success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a retail environment, providing exceptional service and support.
• Educate customers about our products, features, and pricing to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Process customer transactions, sign-ups, and account management.
• Assist with in-store promotional events and advertising efforts.
• Maintain accurate records by inputting customer account information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding sales and service-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance store performance.
• Meet and exceed personal and company sales goals.
• Handle customer concerns and questions in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and high-energy approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
