Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a government court location;
Screen visitors, staff, and delivered items using approved screening equipment and established entry procedures;
Monitor entrances, guide visitors through the check-in and screening process;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting security-related concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols around designated public areas, entry points, and perimeter locations as assigned
