This position includes a $2,000 new hire bonus, which is paid after the successful completion of the first 30 days of employment.
In addition to the new hire incentive, this position also offers a $1,000 retention bonus, payable in July upon the successful completion of the current fiscal year.
Job SummaryThe Electrical Technician is responsible for maintaining, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports production by minimizing downtime and ensuring all electrical components meet safety and performance standards.
New Hire Starting Hourly Rate: Grade 13: $35.55 - $39.92 DOE
Internal Hourly Rate: Determined by the ESSA Negotiated Agreement
Work Day: 7.5 hours per day
Work Year: 12 months
Bargaining unit: Education Support Staff Association (ESSA)
Total Compensation: At Step 1, this position offers estimated total compensation of up to $99,388.55, including base wages and benefits, with additional earning potential as experience and pay steps increase.
