Overview
Frontier Restoration LLC is a restoration company based in Fairbanks, AK specializing in water, fire, and structural damage mitigation. We're looking for motivated Mitigation Technicians to join our team full-time.
Responsibilities- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring
- Set up and monitor drying equipment on active job sites
- Document job site conditions through photos and drying logs
- Work alongside lead technicians and project managers to move jobs to completion
- Hands-on experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Willing to train the right person — work ethic matters more than credentials
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in demanding conditions
- Ability to be on-call for emergency response when needed
