Oil & Gas Scaffold Technicians - FIFO - WNS & Kuparuk

ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking experienced Scaffold Technicians to join their Mechanical Group at WNS & Kuparuk in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. These professionals will safely erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding systems in support of field operations, often in challenging arctic conditions. The ideal candidates are skilled, safety-focused, and have at least three years of relevant experience, with a strong commitment to teamwork and operational excellence.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) safety training certification
• Ability to work 80.5 hours a week on a 2x2 or 3x3 rotation in Kuparuk and/or Alpine
• At least three years of experience as a Scaffold Technician II or Scaffold Builder II
• Scaffold Builder certification
• Scaffold Training Institute (STI) certification or equivalent
• OSHA Fall Protection training and certification
• Ability to interpret P&, ISO’s, and Mechanical drawings
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in extreme arctic conditions
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test (urinalysis and hair), Fit-for-Duty Exam, and background check
• Ability to obtain and maintain access badge for work location

• Five or more years of experience as a Scaffold Technician in the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas industry, on the North Slope, or in other Arctic environments
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations regarding scaffold safety
• Experience operating scaffolding equipment such as hoists and pulleys
