Driller Leads

Driller Leads are sought by NANA Construction to operate and maintain drilling rigs at Red Dog Mine, Alaska. This role involves mineral exploration and soil testing in a remote, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have significant drilling experience, technical skills, and the ability to work long shifts in extreme conditions.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a directly related position
- Experience transporting drills on tracked carriers
- MSHA Certification required
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record for the past three years
- Ability to pass a pre-employment UA drug test
- Ability to work in remote areas under difficult conditions
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds and work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to pass TSA security checkpoint for travel
