The

- Work closely and support a variety of skilled trades and construction activities.
- Load, offload, move and organize supplies, materials, tools and small equipment at company yards and job sites.
- Prepare work sites, maintain safe work sites.
- Responsible for reporting any incident, situation or activity that may affect the Company's ability to operate safely, ethically and profitably to the supervisor and the Company Safety Manager.
- Duty to conduct oneself in the best interest of the company while on the job or representing CEI.
- Maintain any required certifications mandatory by law or company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Level of Experience Requirements: 2 years' relevant experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass Fit For Duty physical
- Must have a clean driving record
- All around knowledge of materials, terms, and practices in construction field.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Small equipment/material mobilization- small, heavy equipment deliveries to and from jobsites
- Ability to work in a team environment, take directions from supervisor(s)
- S elf-motivated and work ethic; ability to work with or without direct supervision.
- Ability to report to work consistently on time and work a flexible schedule, up to 12 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Carpentry experience preferred.
- This position will have supervisory responsibilities.
- This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation "safety-sensitive" functions.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. This is a physically strenuous and demanding job that involves pulling and managing equipment and objects. Work in all weather and applicant must be prepared for both extreme cold and heat. Will be working around heavy equipment.
